Manassas Corporate Center (MCC) is a 100 acre, 1.5M SF data center campus being developed by Unicorn Interests, LLC/ Dupont Fabros Development for colocation and lease facilities in 5 buildings.  Zoning is M/T industrial.  MCC is located at the intersection of Harry Parrish Blvd. and Clover Hill Rd., just off the Rt. 234 Prince William Parkway.  The site offers good access via I-66 to Washington Dulles International Airport.  1.2 million workers and one of the largest concentrations of IT workers in the nation live within a quick, reverse commute to the center of Prince William County and the site during rush-hour.

Data Center Infrastructure
Fiber:  Providers include FiberLight, Verizon, Level 3, Zayo, CenturyLink, Qwest, and AT&T.  A redundant fiber optic duct bank (FODB) system is currently being developed to the site, with delivery expected August 2015.  A redundant fiber optic duct bank system will serve the site with 72 innerducts.  Dupont Fabros Development offers this world class fiber infrastructure as a competitive developer in the data center colo and lease markets.

Water & Sewer:  The Prince William County Service Authority provides water and sewer to the site.  Each of the 5 data centers is planned for approx. 300,000 GPD water, bringing total site capacity to 1.5 M GPD water availability.

Power:  Dominion VA Power has completed construction of an on-site, dedicated 200 MW redundant substation with new 230 kv transmission lines from separate substations.
